Ohio Statehouse Weddings are so much fun to photograph, and this was especially true for Chris and Elizabeth’s wedding!

Elizabeth and Chris’ wedding day could not have gotten here fast enough! We had been looking forward to it for months and after we photographed their engagement session our excitement was even greater, this was sure stand out as one of our favorite Ohio Statehouse Weddings to date. What a precious relationship these two have, with joyful and tender moments happening often. Elizabeth has contagious joy and just lights up when she’s in front of the camera. Chris is fantastic people with a heart of gold, constantly making others feel better just being in his presence. Their winter wedding day dawned beautiful and clear, at just the right temperature to be able to enjoy our first look pictures outdoors. We started at the Hilton at Easton and were able to use the courtyard for a private and beautiful First Look between the bride and groom. We loved being able to use the columns there especially! Next, we piled into the limo supplied by Xtreme Limo and headed off. To be able to do Ohio Statehouse weddings for the rest of our lives would be just fine with us! We were so pleased to finally have the chance to photograph at this amazing location! It is grand, stately, classic, and stunning – pretty much exactly what makes a photographer get excited! We could have shot at this location all day long! Sadly, we had to stop and head over to the ceremony. The ceremony was at an interesting church called The Ohio Village Church in the Ohio Historical Center. Cute and quaint, it was a perfect setting for this intimate wedding ceremony. After finishing up, we went over for a delicious dinner and exciting party at the Worthington Inn. Elizabeth planned decorations to exactly capture the feel of a winter wonderland, with candles and simply elegant centerpieces from Flowers on Orchard Lake. Fermata Music provided the dancing music to entertain throughout the evening. We felt it to be an absolute honor to photograph your wedding guys, congratulations and best wishes!
