Ariana’s Senior Pictures Session

With back to school in full swing, we thought we’d kick this week off with a Senior portrait session.  Ariana is the daughter of one of our past brides, Belinda, and it’s safe to say that she’s inherited her mother’s photogenic gene.  Ariana is interested in high fashion and art and wanted her session to have an edgier look so we headed downtown.  Senior portraits are a great time to have fun and just be you.  Different outfits and personal accessories add texture and interest to your session images.  Check out Ariana’s sunglasses, jewelry and that great scarf… you can almost feel how soft it is as your eyes are drawn to it’s intricate pattern.  Look for settings that feature unusual elements, like the graffiti on the train car or the creeping vines on the brick wall.  We especially aim for our senior sessions to feel more like a fashion shoot rather than a traditional portrait session. If you walk away feeling like a runway model than we’ve done our job!

  • Dave Lehn - I love viewing your photos. Your skill with lighting and DOF is amazing. Your lighting is always so even and natural.
